The program emphasizes the leap from papers and code to products, scenarios, and companies, not limited to technology itself, but also including key validation, early users and scenarios, peers, industry resources, and long-term capital.

The program provides a 2 million RMB proof-of-concept fund to support selected projects in conducting key validations such as technical feasibility, product prototypes, or scenario adaptation, helping technology take a critical step forward.
