Information we collect
Information you provide includes sign-in identity, email address, favorites, read-later items, filter templates, preferences, and feedback. When you use the product, we also process necessary request details, device and browser information, language, time zone, error and security logs, and aggregated usage statistics.
How we use information
We use information to provide sign-in, saved content, subscription status, content delivery, language experiences, troubleshooting, security, and product improvement. AI processing uses only the data needed for the relevant feature and keeps source and content boundaries. We do not publish your personal configuration as public news content.
Public content and third parties
Public pages, news titles, summaries, and story relationships may be accessed by search engines. Sign-in data, saved items, read-later items, and personal preferences should not appear on public pages. Sign-in, analytics, error monitoring, and AI providers process information only as needed for their functions and under their own policies.
Retention, deletion, and security
We retain information while needed to provide features, meet legal obligations, or handle security matters. You can delete eligible personal content through account features or contact support@synthepulse.app with a privacy request. We use access controls, data minimization, and log redaction, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and international processing
The service is intended for people who can independently understand and accept these terms and is not directed at children. Infrastructure and vendors may operate in different countries; by using the service, you understand that information may be processed across borders as permitted by applicable law.
Your choices and contact
You can choose whether to sign in, save content, or receive email, and you can stop using the service at any time. For privacy, access, correction, deletion, or other questions, email support@synthepulse.app directly.
Updates
We may update this policy when the product, law, or security practices change and will publish the latest version here. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
