NVIDIA Releases First Nemotron 3.5 Model: Nemotron 3.5 Lightning

NVIDIA has released Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, the first model in its Nemotron 3.5 series, a highly efficient small open-weights model with performance comparable to gpt-oss-120b at about a quarter of the parameters. The model shows significant gains in intelligence and agentic performance, and supports NVFP4 quantization with high speed.
