Xiaohongshu's internal model dots-note-3.0 achieved a perfect score of 42 at the 2026 International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), becoming the first AI model to receive a full score in official IMO grading. The model used novel solutions for proof problems and will be open-sourced soon. Separately, Anthropic's Fble 5 model proved a counterexample to the Jacobian conjecture, highlighting the growing importance of large models in mathematical discovery.
