Ambi, an AI startup founded by former Plaud executive Peter Mo, has raised $26 million across multiple funding rounds led by Luminous Ventures and original design manufacturer Huaqin. The company is also releasing apps for iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch that function as meeting notetakers but can be set to listen throughout the day to capture context. Ambi's AI agent aims to begin work during meetings, proactively offering suggestions and surfacing relevant knowledge, while a desktop app and hardware device are in development.
