Satya Nadella says we should assume all AI models are 'compromised'

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella published a post on X outlining his views on the dangers of highly advanced AI models and how to confront them. He argued that AI can no longer be treated as a 'set of nested black boxes' whose advice and actions we simply accept or reject, and called for transparency, containment, independent audits, timely incident disclosure, and tamper-proof human-readable evidence.
