Anthropic Moves Cowork Model Inference and VM to the Cloud

Anthropic has updated its Cowork feature to run model inference and the VM in the cloud, with each session getting its own sandbox. This addresses user complaints about local VM disk, battery, and performance costs, and work stopping when the laptop closes, while file access remains handled by the desktop app.
