llm-anthropic 0.30 Released

The llm-anthropic plugin has been updated to version 0.30, adding support for Claude Sonnet 5.5 and two new commands: 'llm anthropic refresh' to dynamically update the model list from Anthropic's API, and 'llm anthropic count' to count tokens using Anthropic's free token counting API. This reduces the need for frequent plugin releases to support new models and helps users estimate token usage before sending prompts.
