Aether AI has released CausalWM, the first causal world model that introduces a causal chain of thought into future prediction, predicting object motion and spatial changes before generating video. In the TriWorldBench three-view embodied world model evaluation, CausalWM ranked first overall with a score of 66.04, and also ranked first in perspective plausibility and image quality. This marks a shift from correlation-based large models to causal large models, better supporting embodied intelligence in understanding the causal relationships between actions and outcomes.
