Alibaba Open-Sources AI Code Review Assistant Open Code Review

Alibaba has open-sourced Open Code Review, an AI code review assistant refined internally for two years. It is a Go-based CLI tool (command name ocr) that reads Git diffs and uses an LLM agent with dedicated tools to produce line-level precise review comments. The project combines deterministic engineering with a multi-stage agent pipeline and 52 built-in rule documents, and on its self-built AACR-Bench it achieves significantly higher precision and F1 than general-purpose agents while using about one-ninth the tokens.
