Show HN: Jacquard, a programming language for AI-written, human-reviewed code

A new programming language called Jacquard has been created, designed to be preferred by AI for writing code that is then reviewed by humans. It features explicit permission for filesystem and network access, and a testing framework called Warp that combines replay, caching, and handler substitution.
