Fable gets another bump

Anthropic has extended availability of Claude Fable 5 on all paid plans through July 19, with half of weekly usage limits usable on Fable 5. This follows previous bumps due to compute constraints, while OpenAI appears confident about unrestricted access to GPT-5.6.
