Google Quietly Opted Users Into AI Training on Their Images, Audio, and Video

Google updated its Search privacy settings to automatically opt users into allowing their uploaded images, audio, and video to be used for AI training. The change was communicated via a low-profile email in June and applied by default, raising privacy concerns.
